Member Code of Ethics
As a member of the Printing Industries Federation of South Africa, we undertake to honour this code to the best of our ability in the interests of fair and free dealings with our clients, staff, associates, competitors, suppliers and authorities in general and the Printing Industry in South Africa in particular.
We will constantly strive to:
- Honour and abide by all legislation and regulations, as well as the Constitution and By-laws of the Federation and its Associations
- Act with integrity in all our undertakings and encourage ethical conduct by our employees and colleagues
- Exclude the payment of unlawful incentives to do business
- At all times consider the good of our environment and community
- Provide the highest possible standard of print, product and services
- Uphold the image and reputation of Printing Industries Federation of South Africa and the printing industry and promote good relations between members
- Deal with any complaints in an efficient and unbiased manner
- Provide statistical information to Printing Industries Federation of South Africa or any party appointed by them, in confidentiality, for the analysis and promotion of the printing industry
- Promote skills training and encourage self- development among all employees
- To promote Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment in the Packaging and Printing Industries
